Nikolai Fyodorovich Izmailov
Nikolai Fjodorowitsch Ismailow ( Russian: Николай Фёдорович Измайлов ; * 1891 in the Penza Governorate ; † 1971 ) was a Russian revolutionary .
Izmailov was from June 1917 a member of the centrobalt of all four terms and chairman of its military department. From January 1918 he was Chief Commissioner of the Baltic Fleet , from May Commissioner of the Naval Economic Administration. In 1920 he was in command of the naval and river forces on the Southwest Front. After the civil war he took on administrative functions.
