Nikolai Igorevich Rybakov
Nikolai Igorewitsch Rybakow ( Russian: Николай Игоревич Рыбаков ; born December 24, 1978 in Leningrad ) is a Russian politician and environmental activist. He is deputy chairman of the Yabloko party .
Life
Nikolai Rybakov studied economics at the Saint Petersburg State University from 1995 to 2000. From 2000 to 2008 he was a member of regional parliaments in Saint Petersburg. Since 2008 he has been the Executive Director of the environmental protection organization Bellona Saint Petersburg . In 2011 he became a board member of Transparency International Russia. Since December 2015 he has been the deputy chairman of Jabloko.
