Nikolaus I. Steinkelner was abbot of the Waldsassen monastery from 1357 to 1360

Nikolaus I. Steinkelner worked differently after Kaspar Brusch from 1358 to 1361. He came from Eger , was brought up in Waldsassen and sent to Sedletz . Heinrich I. Rulb called him back to Waldsassen as his successor. During his short term in office, he continued to improve the monastery’s economic situation.
