Heinrich I. Rulb , also Rull , was abbot of the Waldsassen monastery from 1349 to 1357.

Heinrich I. Rulb was the abbot appointed by the visitor from Morimond . Monastery brothers dissatisfied with his predecessor Franz Kübel had previously elected Nikolaus Heckel abbot without further ado , the visitor reversed this, but also ensured the abdication of Abbot Franz. Heinrich I came from the Sedletz monastery , where he also returned after his resignation. As abbot he managed to ease the debt burden.
