Nishinoumi Kajirō III. ( Japanese 西 ノ 海 嘉治郎 (三代 目) , proper . Matsuyama Isesuke ( 松山 伊 勢 助 ); born November 2, 1890 in Kagoshima ; † 1933 ) was a Japanese sumo fighter and the third yokozuna of this name.

Nishinoumi, a rikishi of the Izutsu-beya stable , began his career at the age of 20 and was first known by the ring name Genjiyama . At the Hatsu Basho in January 1915 he made it to the sekitori ranks, a year later he advanced to the makuuchi division. In 1923 Nishinoumi, who got his name in honor of two former grandmasters, was promoted to yokozuna. Nishinoumi was able to record only one tournament victory in his entire career. In October 1928 he resigned from his office.
