Nitto

KK Nittō ( Japanese 株式会社 日 東 , Kabushiki kaisha Nittō ) is a Japanese manufacturer of bicycle components such as handlebars , stems and seat posts . For some time now, Nitto has also been manufacturing other bicycle components such as bicycle racks .

The company was founded in Tokyo, Japan in 1923. The headquarters is located in Kawaguchi in Saitama Prefecture , has production facilities but u. a. in Fukushima . Akira Yoshikawa is the company's president.

Nitto components are certified for track cycling and the company was one of the first to equip the Japanese Keirin races. Over the course of its long history, Nitto has received awards from the Japanese Ministry of Industry, the Japanese Ministry of Commerce and the Japanese Ministry of Labor.
