No more trouble

No More Trouble (in German about "No more trouble", in the sense of "conflict" or "war") is a song by Bob Marley and his band The Wailers . It was released as the eighth of nine songs on the studio album Catch a Fire ( 1973 ).

No More Trouble is one of Marley's lesser known songs. The song was an integral part of concerts on tours from 1973 (and less often in 1975) and from 1976 to 1980. A live recording was released on the live album Babylon By Bus (1978). Still played alone in 1973, the song began at all concerts from 1976 immediately after the song War . Usually there was also talk of a song called War / No More Trouble , although originally both were songs of their own.

The album version is in the key of A minor ; except for 1973 and 1975, the song was played in B minor on live performances, since the song War was also in B minor. The duration of the album version is four minutes. When played live with War , No More Trouble usually lasted a little under two minutes.
