Nokia 7110
The Nokia 7110 is a mobile phone from Nokia from 1999. Due to errors in the operating system, the market launch was delayed several times. As a result, from October 1999 it was only found sporadically in stores, and it was only around a year after the model was first announced that it was delivered in large numbers.
The 7110 was the world's first WAP- enabled cell phone. It was characterized by its large black and white display and its protective flap, which was intended to protect the keyboard. The equipment of the device was very extensive compared to other models.
Since the telephone appeared at the same time as the movie Matrix and has a jumping mechanism shown there, it is often referred to as "the Matrix cell phone". However, a modified Nokia 8110 was shown there.
