  • Holger Noltze (* 1960), German journalist, television presenter and professor for music and media / music journalism at TU Dortmund
  • Karl Noltze (* 1944), German politician, member of the CDU and from 2000 to 2010 President of the regional directorate of the Chemnitz administrative district
