NordBau
NordBau is a construction trade fair that is held annually in September with an accompanying congress program on the premises of the Holstenhallen in Neumünster .
It was co-founded in 1956 as the “North German DIY store” by the working group for contemporary building . Today the construction fair offers space for around 850 exhibitors on an outdoor area of 69,000 m² and over 20,000 m² of hall space. It shows the breadth of construction activities with building materials and machines, municipal equipment and commercial vehicles for construction and craft as well as energy technology. NordBau has been cooperating with the Kingdom of Denmark since the late 1970s . Over 60,000 visitors visit the fair every year.
