The half-timbered house north road 19 is in the district Kleinenbroich in Korschenbroich in Rhein-Kreis Neuss in North Rhine-Westphalia .
The building was built in the 19th century and entered the list of architectural monuments in Korschenbroich under no. 166 on April 5, 1990 .
architecture
It is a single-storey, gable - independent half-timbered house from the 18th century. The original farm buildings have been changed significantly. Apart from a few changes, the half-timbered house has retained its original appearance. The residential building meets the requirements of Section 2 (1) DSchG NRW for entry in the list of monuments . It is important for human history as a cultural and historical testimony to the working and living conditions in the 18th century and for cities and settlements in the sense of local history. There are scientific, here architectural and settlement-historical reasons for its preservation and use.
