The Koblenz Chamber of Notaries is a corporation in Koblenz for the district of the OLG Koblenz , in which the notaries are organized. The supervisory authority is the Ministry of Justice of Rhineland-Palatinate .
history
The notarial regulations for Rhineland-Palatinate were issued on September 3, 1949. On this basis, the Koblenz Chamber of Notaries was constituted on November 19, 1949 with the election of the board of directors and the drawing up of statutes. In 1962, the Koblenz notary pension fund was founded as a special fund of the Koblenz Chamber of Notaries. This is the professional pension scheme for notaries and notary assessors in the district of the Koblenz Higher Regional Court. At the beginning of the 1990s, the Koblenz Chamber of Notaries carried out development work in Thuringia. In addition, the Koblenz Chamber of Notaries maintains regular contacts with the Lithuanian and Bulgarian Chamber of Notaries.
