Exchange of notes
During exchange of notes be exchanged diplomatic notes exchanged to treaties legally binding complete or by way of follow-up negotiations to change.
Examples:
- Exchange of notes from March 15 / March 18 August 1928 between Switzerland and Poland on the application of the Hague Convention on the Law of Civil Procedure
- Exchange of notes of December 24, 1929 between Switzerland and Germany on the declaration of enforceability of cost decisions
