O'Melveny & Myers is an international law firm founded in Los Angeles , California in 1885 . The firm employs approximately 740 lawyers and has offices in California, Washington, DC, New York City, Beijing, Brussels, Hong Kong, London, Seoul, Shanghai, Singapore and Tokyo. In 2016, sales were US $ 725 million. Bradley J. Butwin is the company's chairman. According to the Pitchbook 2018 Annual Global League Tables 2018, the firm was the 15th most active global venture capital law firm in 2018.

O'Melveny & Myers was named in an episode of The Sopranos as one of the companies looking to work for DOJ officials. A DOJ prosecutor is heard saying, "He ruined his six-figure future at O'Melveny & Myers by screwing up the junior sopranos trial."

O'Melveny & Myers was also featured in an episode of " Suits " (Season 3, Episode 6) when Donna decides which law firm to work for. She says, "I choose between Bratton Gould, Skadden Arps, and O'Melveny & Myers.
