The Oberbayerische Überlandzentrale AG (OBÜZ) was a power supply company founded in Munich in 1911 (including by the Berlin bank Ernst Friedmann) and was taken over by Amperwerke Elektrizitäts-AG in 1932 , which merged with Isarwerke AG in 1955 to form Isar-Amperwerke , today E. ON Bavaria .

The company maintained the hydropower plants Leitzachwerke and Schönmühl an der Loisach .
