ORP Orzeł is the name of three Polish submarines . ORP ( Okręt Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej - Warship of the Republic of Poland ) is the name prefix of Polish ships and Orzeł means eagle in the Polish language .

  • ORP Orzeł (85A) was an Orzeł-class submarine, entered service by the Polish Navy in 1939 and has been missing since June 1940.
  • ORP Orzeł (1962) was a Soviet whiskey class submarine, entered service in 1962 by the Polish Navy and decommissioned in 1983.
  • ORP Orzeł (1986) is a Soviet Kilo-class submarine, was put into service by the Polish Navy in 1986 and is in active service to this day (2006).
