The OTP Bank ( Russian ОТП Банк ) is a Russian credit institution with headquarters in Moscow . The company was founded in 1994 under the name "Sberbank Germes" ( Russian Сбербанк Гермес ) in Moscow and was then part of Sberbank . It was later converted into a joint stock company under the name Investsberbank . In 2006 it was bought by OTP Bank . According to the Russian magazine "Profil" ( Russian Профиль ), the credit institution is one of the 50 largest banks in Russia.
