The Oberösterreichische Heimatblätter is a magazine published by the State Institute for Folk Culture and Homeland Care in Upper Austria , Linz , since 1947 . Individual articles from the years 1947 to 2000 and entire issues from 2006 are available free of charge in digital form for purely scientific, non-commercial purposes.
history
As a forerunner of the Upper Austrian Heimatblätter, the magazine Heimatgaue , published from 1919/20 to 1937 (magazine for Upper Austrian history, regional and folklore) and the magazine Der Heimatgau , published from 1938/39 to 1941/42 (magazine for folk and landscape studies as well as for the History of the Upper Danube Country, published by the Association for Regional Studies and Homeland Care in the Upper Danube Gau ), which are also available free of charge in digital form.
Paper printing was discontinued in 2018, and the Upper Austrian Heimatblätter have been published exclusively in digital form since then. Along with this change, the layout of the Upper Austria. Homeland sheets changed.
