The Official Freight Forwarder Address Book ( SPA for short ) is a reference work within the transport and logistics industry.
It has been published by DVV Media Group GmbH (formerly Deutscher Verkehrs-Verlag ) since 1950 . The address book is published annually and provides an overview of the forwarding trade in Germany and abroad. The publishing and editorial offices are in Hamburg .
The forwarding agent's address book is created in cooperation with the German Forwarding and Logistics Association e. V. (DSLV) and the International Federation of Freight Forwarders Organization ( FIATA ). The SPA has also had its own website since 2002, which replaced the address CD that was included up until 2012 and enables online address searches.
The address book includes freight forwarding companies from all continents, broken down by country. In addition to the geographical search parameters, there are other filters such as qualifications, services and services.
