Oh No Ono is a quintet from Aalborg in Denmark .
history
The band was founded in 2003 by Kristoffer Rom (drums), Aske Zidore (guitar, vocals, samples), Kristian Olsen (keyboard) and Malthe Fischer (vocals, guitar and samples). All members have different musical backgrounds, ranging from classical and country to rock and punk. The band grew to five members with bass player Nis Svoldgaard. Kristian Olsen left the band in 2008 and was replaced by Nicolai Koch.
The band describes their style as a mixture of alternative pop, electroclash, funk and new wave. She released her debut album Yes in 2006 . It was produced by Jesper Mortensen and the band themselves, the recordings took place in Thomas Troelsen's "Deltalab".
