The Ohio 250 was a car race of the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series , today's Camping World Truck Series, which took place from 2004 to 2006 at Mansfield Motorsports Park in Mansfield , Ohio . The Craftsman Truck Series was NASCAR's only top division to race at Mansfield Motorsports Park, a track notorious for many caution phases. In the 2006 race, a new record was set for the Craftsman Truck Series with 18 caution phases. In the 2007 season , the race lasted more than seven hours due to a three-hour rain break. Dennis Setzer won the race with good luck and good strategy without a single pit stop. This is a rarity even in the Camping World Truck Series, where the races are usually short.

The race went over a distance of 125 miles (201.17 kilometers), which corresponds to 250 laps. In 2004 and 2005 there was a "Green-White-Checkered-Finish" , a race extension.
