Ola Didrik Saugstad
Ola Didrik Saugstad (born March 5, 1947 ) is a Norwegian pediatrician.
Life
Saugstad has been Professor of Pediatrics at the University of Oslo since 1991 and Director of the Pediatric Research Institute of Rikshospitalet . Saugstad is considered one of Norway's leading medical researchers and has published more than 250 scientific articles. He was a board member of the European Society of Pediatric Research (1987–1990), the International Pediatric Foundation (2001–2004) and President of the European Association of Perinatal Medicine (2002–2004).
