Oliver's Twist was a cooking show starring Jamie Oliver , produced for BBC Two by his own production company Fresh One Productions , and spanning 52 episodes. Series producer was Simon Willis , the show was shot in London.

Leigh Haggerwood composed the music for all 52 episodes. The show usually begins with an introduction that tells the story behind each episode. Most of the time it's about who or for whom Oliver cooks. Oliver then drives his scooter to various specialty shops in London to buy groceries for the current program.

After he returns to his apartment, the actual cooking show begins. Oliver usually cooks alone for a short time before his guest joins him. The prepared meal is eaten by Oliver together with one or more guests.
