Oliver Jones (Animator)

Oliver Jones is a British animator and rigging supervisor.

Career

Jones received his BA from Chelsea College of Art in London and his Masters from the Royal College of Art . Jones' career began in 2005 when he worked in Corpse Bride . Since 2007 he has been employed by the American animation studio Laika and has worked on the films Coraline and The Fantastic Mr. Fox . At the 2017 Academy Awards , he and his colleagues Steve Emerson , Brian McLean and Brad Schiff were nominated for an Oscar in the Best Visual Effects category.
