Olpe country

The municipality of Olpe-Land emerged in 1858 from the former parish of Olpe. It existed until it was dissolved in 1969.

history

The rural settlements around the city of Olpe belonged to the municipality of Olpe-Land . That emerged from the remaining communities of the parish of the same name after the city of Olpe left the relevant office. The community itself remained part of the Olpe office along with Rhode and Kleusheim .

In 1961 it had a size of 21.58 square kilometers 2712 inhabitants. On July 1, 1969, the community was dissolved and came to the enlarged city of Olpe.
