PER NATURAM AD ARTEM
PER ARTEM AD NATURAM
AD HOMINUM PIETATEM
AD HUMANITATEM
EXTRUENDAM

The translation for this is:

Triumphant Olympia
Through nature to art
Through art to nature
To edify mankind To build up
humanity
