The Olympic House ( Dutch Olympiahuisje ) on Stadionplein 18 is the former gatekeeper's apartment of the Olympic Stadium in Amsterdam . It was used as a post office during the 1928 Summer Olympics . It is listed as a Rijksmonument .

The Olympic house, like the stadium, was designed by the architect Jan Wils in the style of the Amsterdam School . Although the house is a listed building, it was repeatedly threatened with demolition in 2000/2001. In connection with the construction of new apartments in the immediate vicinity of the stadium, the porter's house was moved a few meters in 2003. There are currently plans to house a museum in the building.

At the southern end of the Olympic site, on the Stadiongracht, there is another former gatekeeper's apartment as a counterpart to the well-known Olympic house.
