Olympianus
Olympianus († 198 ) was bishop of Byzantion for eleven years ; his term is to the years 187 dated -198.
During his tenure, the city, which had sided with Pescennius Niger in the second year of the Four Emperor, was robbed of its freedoms by his victorious rival Septimius Severus in 196 and added to the province of Thrace.
Successor of Olympianus was Marcus I.
