Olympic Village (Salt Lake City)

The Olympic Village of the 2002 Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City was divided into two zones. One was used for living ( residential zone ), the other ( international zone ) consisted of recreational and business areas. The village was built on the grounds of the University of Utah and served as a student residence after the Games. Some of it was rebuilt, some of the existing buildings could be used. According to various sources, the total cost of the Olympic Village is between 35.84 and 120 million US dollars.
