The Open Smart Card Development Platform (OpenSCDP) offers a range of tools to support users and developers in creating, testing and using smart card applications. OpenSCDP supports the GlobalPlatform standard (scripting, profiles, messaging) and uses ECMAScript as the scripting language.
All tools are developed in the Java programming language . OpenSCDP supports PC / SC and CT-API card readers and most ISO7816-4 compliant card types.
All associated libraries and content are published as open source under the GNU General Public License (GPL) .
