Operation Tarbrush
Operation Tarbrush was the code name for a series of Allied command overoperations in 1944 during World War II . These were carried out by (inter-allied) Command No. 10 on the northern French coast. The aim of these command operations was to explore possible landing beaches and their defenses (mines, traps, etc.)
