The Order of Otan ( Kazakh Отан ордені , Russian Орден Отан ) is a medal of honor of the Republic of Kazakhstan. It was introduced after Kazakhstan gained independence in 1993.
Award
The Otan Order is awarded to citizens for their outstanding achievements
- in public and social activities,
- in economic development, the social field, science and culture and
- in military service and the development of democracy and social progress
forgive.
