Information on compliance with regulatory standards is provided to the Oesterreichische Nationalbank on the basis of individual credit institutions (ONA unconsolidated) or on the basis of a consolidated group of institutions (ONA consolidated) in accordance with Section 30 of the Banking Act (BWG) . It is an ordinance of the Federal Minister of Finance for the implementation of the Banking Act .
