The Organization for National Development (OND) was a political party from Antigua and Barbuda . It originated in 2003 when a group of members of the United Progressive Party split off. The first chairman of the new party was Glentis Goodwin. In the 2009 general election , the party put up four candidates and won 0.29% of the vote. In 2012 the party was absorbed into the Antigua Labor Party .
