The Antigua and Barbuda Labor Party (ABLP) is a political party in Antigua and Barbuda .

For many years, Lester Bird had been the party leader of the ABLP since 1971 . The party was founded on May 18, 1946 by Lester's father VC Bird as the Antigua Labor Party (ALP) . The party lost the government majority in 2004 to the United Progressive Party . Only in June 2014 did the ABLP win another election.
