Osamu Yamaji ( Japanese 山路 修 , Yamaiji Osamu ; born August 31, 1929 ) is a former Japanese national soccer player.

Yamaji came in his only game on March 7, 1954 against the selection of South Korea for use. It was a World Cup qualifier, which was lost with 1: 5 goals. No further appointments followed.
