Oscar Israel Eriksson (born June 28, 1889 in Örebro , † December 25, 1958 there ) was a Swedish sports shooter .
successes
Oscar Eriksson took part in the 1920 Olympic Games in Antwerp in two disciplines with the small bore rifle. In the individual competition he missed a top placement with 370 points, while he finished second with the team behind the Americans and ahead of the Norwegians and thus won the silver medal. With 370 points, he was the fourth best shooter in the team, which in addition to Eriksson also included Sigvard Hultcrantz , Leonard Lagerlöf , Erik Ohlsson and Ragnar Stare .
Eriksson was an officer in the Swedish armed forces.
