All instruments are protected by a self-constructed movable dome with a diameter of 3.2 m. Both telescopes are equipped with CCD cameras for recording . In 2010 a Maksutov telescope for planetary observation with an aperture of 250 mm was installed, which can be used for optical observations as well as for photographic recordings thanks to a tilting mirror.
