Oxford Lake is a lake in the Canadian province of Manitoba . It is located about 200 km northeast of Lake Winnipeg . The water area is 349 km², including the islands it is 401 km². It is traversed by the Hayes River from southwest to northeast. At its outflow from the lake is the Cree estate Oxford House and the airport of the same name. The Carrot River flows into the northwest end of Oxford Lake.
