The PROCON MultiMedia AG was a global service provider of technical equipment for events, film and TV productions. In particular, it concerned services in connection with light, sound, video, LED and camera technology as well as stage and truss systems .

The company was founded in Hamburg in August 1988. In 1999 the company went public. In October 2009, MHG Media Holdings, a subsidiary of the world market leader Production Resource Group, published a voluntary takeover offer.

The merger of PROCON MultiMedia AG with MHG Media Holdings AG took effect on June 29, 2012 when it was entered in the commercial register of MHG Media Holdings AG. PROCON MultiMedia AG has thus expired.
