Pa Musa Jallow

Pa Musa "PMJ" Jallow (* in the 20th century ) is a politician and administrative officer in the West African state of Gambia .

Life

On January 10, 2017 Jallow was by President Yahya Jammeh as Secretary-General, Minister of Presidential Affairs and head of the civil service ( English Secretary General and Presidential Affairs Minister and Head of the Civil Service appointed) after his predecessor Sulayman Samba January 5 Resigned in 2017 in the midst of the political crisis following the Gambia's presidential elections in 2016 . Jallow was also appointed as "Mediator General" and was supposed to mediate in the crisis; he was sworn into office on January 12, 2017.

Although Jammeh dissolved his cabinet altogether a week later, Pa Musa Jallow continued to work as general secretary and civil servant for the Barrow government after Jammeh fled to Equatorial Guinea . On February 9, 2017, Jallow was dismissed from office by newly elected President Adama Barrow .
