Pahncke is the family name of the following people:

  • Karl Hermann Pahncke (1850–1912), German Protestant clergyman and author
  • Max Pahncke (Max Willibald Heinrich Pahncke; * 1882, † after 1959), German pedagogue, local researcher and senior director of studies
  • Robert Pahncke (1885–1977), German author and teacher
  • Wolfgang Pahncke (1921–1989), German university professor and sports historian
