Paleolimnology

The palaeolimnology is the science that deals with the past ecological status of inland waters concerned. It is a sub-discipline of paleoecology .

method

Sediments are examined for biological, chemical and physical parameters and the results are compared with modern analogs. Vertical continuous processing allows comparisons over time.
