Palacio Rinaldi

The Palacio Rinaldi is a building in the Uruguayan capital of Montevideo .

The building, constructed in 1929, is located on Plaza Independencia opposite the Palacio Salvo on Avenida 18 de Julio 839-841 , which starts between these two buildings and leads east from the plaza. The building is in the Art Deco style and was designed by the architects Albérico Isola and Guillermo Armas . The footprint of the 30 meter high, ten storey Palacio Rinaldi, which serves as a residential and commercial building, covers 304 m². In 1997 the building was classified as a Bien de Interés Municipal .
