The Daun Palace is a building on Masarykovo náměstí (German: Masarykplatz) in Znojmo (Znaim) in the Czech Republic .

The Daun Palace is located on the corner of Masarykovo náměstí and Zámečnická. It arose from the renovation of a house belonging to the city judge Peter von Schullern and a neighboring house, which the Counts of Daun acquired after the end of the War of the Austrian Succession and converted into a baroque palace as a town house. In the 18th century, the stucco facade facing Masarykplatz was simplified in accordance with the classicist architectural style.

During the War of Succession, King Frederick the Great quartered here and in 1809 the French General André Masséna .
