The Palais Rohan is an urban aristocratic palace belonging to the Rohan family at Praterstrasse 38 in Vienna's 2nd district, Leopoldstadt . The palace was built in 1864 by Franz Fröhlich for Prince Arthur von Rohan . In 1998 it was extensively renovated and now houses offices and apartments.

The palace is four stories high and is divided internally by two courtyards. The front part served representative purposes with a grand staircase. The facade is designed in the Wilhelminian style, a glazed outer bay is on the first and second floors. The coat of arms of the von Rohan family is emblazoned above the main entrance.
