The ASD Pallacanestro Olimpia La Spezia is an Italian sports club in the city of La Spezia . The club's women's basketball team played in the A2 series in 2008/2009.
The team took over the place of the AS Basket Spezia Club , which had previously played several times in Serie A1. In the summer of 2008, the then women's team had to give up the title to Women Basketball Livorno .
