The Panhard & Levassor Dynamic is a four-door streamlined limousine that the French car manufacturer Panhard & Levassor brought out in 1936 as the successor to the CS and DS models . In-house designer Louis Bionier drew a streamlined body with partially covered wheel cutouts , a three-part panoramic windshield ("Panoramique") and headlights embedded in the front fenders, which caused quite a stir.

A prototype, known as the Dynamic 20 CV , was built in March 1936 and had a 6-cylinder in-line engine with 3485 cc displacement (20 CV).

The Dynamic 130 model, which was produced in series from May 1936 , had a valve-controlled 6-cylinder in-line engine with 2516 cm³ displacement from the previous CS model, corresponding to 14 CV. There was a six-seater sedan with a long interior and without a trunk, a four-seat sedan with a short interior and a luggage compartment attached to the rear (berline), as well as two coupé and one convertible versions. Of this weakest model, only 358 copies were made until 1938.

At the same time there was a Dynamic 140 , which had the engine of the CS Spécial model produced at the same time with a displacement of 2861 cm³ (16 CV). The 70 hp (51 kW) car was the most frequently ordered of all Dynamic models. When its production was stopped without replacement due to the war in 1940, 2230 copies were made. With him, the world's last car with a valve motor disappeared.

The modern design allowed a wider interior so that the vehicles could be designed as three or six-seater. This resulted in a special feature of the early Dynamic models, the central steering. The driver sat in the middle of the three seats. It was hoped that this would provide a better overview, but the complex system failed on the market. Later Dynamic have conventional steering.

In 1937 the Dynamic 160 model was introduced as the successor to the DS. The displacement of the large car corresponded with 3834 cm³ 22 CV. 153 copies were made by 1938.
