Panno (unit)

Panno was a small measure of length in Nice . It actually corresponded to the foot and was the measurement basis for the other length measurements. The measure is to be distinguished from the measure Braccio da panno (wool or cloth ).

• 1 panno = 0.2615 meters
• 12 panni = 1 trabucco
• 3 panni = 1 canna
