The 2008/09 season was the fourth and so far last season of the Pannonian League , a supranational ice hockey league from Southeast Europe. The master was HK Vojvodina Novi Sad .

In the main round, each of the seven teams played a total of twelve games. The four best-placed teams qualified for the playoffs in which the champions were played out. Each team received three points for a win after regular time, two points for a win after overtime, one point for a loss after overtime and zero points for a defeat after regular time.
